		<description>&lt;p&gt;In Windows xp, in Photoshop, when I request Imaze Size from the Image menue, the window opens off screen, (on a minitor that is no longer there)
the typical key based window moves,ie., task bar, move, &amp; arrows to move window, only moves the application window, not the Image Size manipulation window...........&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;or do I need to replace the missing monitor?&lt;/p&gt;
